Beautiful store, with a special mention for Johanna in the wardrobe design department. Very friendly, professional, efficient, and quick, all with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend her.

Order pickup is a bit confusing (two zones depending on what you buy), but otherwise I've never been disappointed by this store.
Special mention for customer service; the young man was able to find the right spare parts for me in no time!
Great customer service!
It's a shame that it's all self-checkout, where you have to call the cashier every 2-3 minutes if the register is stuck...
Otherwise, I love finding great deals!
As for the restaurant, it's impeccable! When they run out of sauce, there's always someone to refill it. All the staff are polite and pleasant... It's a great Ikea!

A very pleasant and well-organized store. A wide selection, but one star less because only self-checkout lanes are particularly unpleasant when you have a lot of items. Special mention for the kindness and patience of Anaïde and Valentine who were very helpful. But all these stores that turn us into cashiers after we shop... frankly, you wonder when the big chains will start asking us to sweep the floor before we leave?!
