Always smiling and kind, Ellie helped me efficiently and gently, which is quite rare these days and deserves to be highlighted. He also took the time to explain the Family Card to me clearly and without any pressure, which I greatly appreciated. A huge thank you for your availability, your good humor, and your excellent customer service. Thanks to people like you, we truly want to return to the Clermont-Ferrand store without hesitation. After about ten years without visiting this tea room, what a pleasure to find such friendly staff, such high-quality chocolate, and truly melt-in-your-mouth chocolate fondants. This time, I'll try not to wait so long before returning 🙃
09/08/2026: The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly. However, we were moved to a different table in the middle of our afternoon snack. We were given a dirty spoon. Furthermore, the value for money wasn't there. I don't recommend it.
