A slight disappointment because there's no more ice cream in the cafeteria today 🥺 But! My sweetheart and I came to get screws for a piece of furniture we'd taken apart, and the screws had broken. Alexandre was amazing in helping us find the screws and answering our questions about the buyback program. A cheerful staff that brightened our day ☀️

The store is an IKEA, just like any other. So you might ask, what makes it so amazing? Well, it's simple: the staff. An amazing staff who handle everything from the idiots who like to push their shopping carts around the aisles to our questions about IKEA products. So we found everything we wanted except for customer service. No need to look for it, though; a lovely lady took our cart and packed everything up in no time! 😊

Thank You I recently went to IKEA for a quick browse and a coffee at the café downstairs, near the checkouts. While I was having my coffee, I placed my ring, which is very precious to me, on the tray so I could clean it after my daughter had stained it. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to put it back on my finger when I left the store. So I went back to the customer service desk the next day to see if anyone had found it… and what a wonderful surprise: the young woman at the café had set it aside and returned it to me. ❤️ I really wanted to thank the entire customer service team, and especially this young woman, for her honesty and kindness. A ring of this value could unfortunately have disappeared, and I am sincerely grateful to have found it thanks to her. Unfortunately, I didn't think to ask her name. If she recognizes herself in this message, I just want her to know how grateful I am. ❤️ Thank you again to her and the entire IKEA team! 🙏

Nice, clean store. Plenty of choice and availability. Clean restrooms. We were a little confused, though, by the difference compared to other Ikeas; everything is reversed (symmetrical). We didn't try the restaurant.

Great store! Even though the prices are quite high, I needed furniture for a room in my house, and IKEA's design ideas are fantastic and look really good once everything is in place. I'm quite proud of how my room looks now 😃

A very nice store. I've been going there since it opened and I'm always delighted. However, today I went to IKEA to buy a pan/pot set. 20-25 minutes before closing time, I was refused entry, even for something so small, despite the store closing at 7 pm. They should advertise that the store closes at 6:30 pm, not 7 pm, to avoid finding the doors locked. It's a shame for the store's reputation and its customers.
