IKEA is not as good as the one in Metz (our favorite) and Belgium. Aisles are disorganized. Cleanliness is lacking. The cafeteria decor needs updating. I think the high customer traffic means the staff can't keep up with the brand's standards. It's a shame; we prefer to travel further to Metz.

Every time I visit, I'm filled with wonder, like a child. I look at everything, even if I can't buy everything I'd like. The sections created for children, teens, families, couples, etc., are always so well thought out. Every detail is there. It feels like home. With all the IKEA essentials! And then there's the cafeteria, which is also very well designed. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Thank you.

...from Ikea, I only know it in Germany, one would expect more. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired... the product range, however, is different and generally very good, as is typical for Ikea.

My phone battery was low at Ikea Strasbourg, and the offer of a free charge came at just the right time. I was able to quickly charge my phone, and in about 30 minutes, before even checking out, the battery went from 12% to 60%. It was easy to do: just enter your phone number and the email address associated with your Ikea account, and that's it.

04/02/2026: Donor at its best. Served well. Good quality and quantity. The taste was good too. Restaurant is spacious with seating in level 1 too.

I was particularly impressed by the chef's generosity: the bread was very generously filled, with a perfect balance between the meat and the raw vegetables from start to finish. Special mention for the fries, perfectly golden and crispy, just the way we like them, which is becoming rare. They're serious about quality, both in terms of quantity and quality. I'll definitely be back!"

26/10/2025: Very welcoming, friendly, kind staff, in short, nothing to say. No waiting. Plenty of choice on the menu. It's so good, everyone come and eat here, and it's not expensive.
27/09/2025: Tried it for the first time last night and I was well received. The kebab on a plate was good. My friends ordered a kebab sandwich and a yufka, which was also well-garnished. After the meal, being alone in the restaurant, we were able to chat with the owner, a friendly person who knows his neighborhood and is easy to talk to.
