Ordered three Billy bookcases. The first two were fine. The third had a problem with the back panel, which was damaged on both sides. We called customer service, who opened a case for a replacement damaged bookcase, but this time with delivery to the curb (we didn't have a choice). We were allowed to keep the damaged one (no return). Delivery was very fast! We unpacked everything, and once again, there were two scratched pieces in the bookcase (one side panel and one shelf)... This time, we decided not to contact customer service because we felt it was possible to "hide" the damage with the books. Still a little disappointed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to the IKEA security guard for her warm welcome. She was incredibly kind, very professional, and truly pleasant throughout our interaction. It's so nice to be greeted with a smile and such kindness. Well done for her professionalism and excellent customer service.

15/07/2026: Very friendly and tasty. Good fries. My friend had a bread with salad and cheese inside, he said it tasted like creek salad in a bread and liked it very much. The cook was super friendly and I also liked the design. It was surprising that there's such a good restaurant in such an fd up area 😂
