I find the Ikea in France better than in Germany for unexplainable reason. But it’s still very annoying that you have to walk past everything just to reach what you search for.

We've been using this establishment for a very long time, for various projects. Overall, we always find what we're looking for.
But today the experience was marred by a poor salesperson: VELLA, who urgently needs training in customer service and support!

The staff were amazing! They were so helpful! A young woman (with long hair), who didn't speak French very well, dropped everything to lead me to the product I was looking for—she was lovely and always smiling! At the self-service restaurant, Nadia, the cashier, was the same—very friendly and always smiling! At the checkout, there was no stress at all; there was a very helpful lady there as well. When I got to the parking lot, my plant fell over. Several women were arranging items. One of them immediately came to help me, walked me to my car, and helped me load my purchases... thank you, Claire! It was a truly enjoyable IKEA experience! People reciprocate the respect you give them!!

A well-organized and well-stocked IKEA. There are many promotions, and they often have more stock than other stores in the chain.
The only downside: the restaurant. The staff serving food are unfriendly and talk in front of customers as if they weren't there. When you ask if there are any special offers, the response is, "Just look at the screens." Except that at 11:00 AM, they haven't been updated yet and are still showing breakfast menus.
The cashier at the restaurant is always friendly.
95% of the staff are excellent. Very few bad experiences.
