What a disaster this store is! Between the restaurant closing whenever it wants, and the unfriendly staff at the snack bar... I only go there because I have to, but what a disgrace! They're tarnishing the store's reputation.

Honestly, it's my favorite store. It's well-organized, and like all IKEA stores, you can find everything that's on the app. It's quite well-served by buses. The staff is friendly, and even the security guards are great. Like all IKEA stores, it's good quality. The store is peaceful; I go every week ❤️🙏🏻

I was lucky enough to get Tony in customer service. He was incredibly competent and attentive. He really took the time to explore all the possibilities to help me with my faulty part. Thanks to him, everything was resolved quickly and without any stress. A huge thank you to him for his professionalism and kindness; it truly makes a difference.

When I go to Ikea, I feel a bit at home.
The only downside is that it's a real maze; I know it well, but I always get lost. When you're tired or in a hurry, I admit I grumble, but I still love Ikea.
I really like Ikea; it's one of my favorite places. You can go there as a family with children. There's a cafeteria with phone jacks and free Wi-Fi. If you have a store card, coffee or tea is free.

A very well-run shop. However, at the restaurant on August 19th at lunchtime, there was a long wait as only one side was being served.
It's important to arrive at the beginning or end of service.
Fortunately, the staff were excellent at serving customers. 👌 Depending on customer traffic, they should consider opening the other side.
