It's always a pleasure to go to IKEA Tours. However, if you're coming from Le Mans without taking the motorway, the store isn't signposted at any point. And with all the roundabouts and road junctions, it's easy to get lost. Otherwise, no complaints about the store or the restaurant. All positive! See you soon

You have to find the right salespeople; some are attentive to the customer, ready to help and guide us to properly build our furniture, while others are clearly lazy and don't tell us where the parts are or that we actually have to remove certain parts from outside the store. As a result, we queued 3 times to ask the same question, since we couldn't find the parts. Moreover, if they had taken a look at the list we had in hand, they could have seen that we had made mistakes and it would have saved us a visit to customer service.

I love Ikea, there are so many beautiful things, although a bit pricey. You can have breakfast for €1 and if you have a store card you get a free tea or coffee. It's nice.
