I loved it! Great store, I left happy with loads of things. And I got to try the famous hot dog menu!

I really like this store, but that's it; we won't be ordering online again. My wife ordered a piece of furniture. It arrived with one corner completely damaged—the top panel, so it's very visible (see photo)—as well as a damaged shelf corner. The box had been resealed by the post office but was otherwise in good condition. Customer service was responsive, but we were told it would be delivered the following Wednesday. My wife took the day off work to get the package. Still having heard nothing about the delivery on the scheduled day, she called, and they told her no order had been sent (what a joke!). They rescheduled the delivery. She finally received it on Saturday. The post office rushed off as soon as the package was delivered, and we found another badly damaged package (see photos of the sealed box). Upon opening it, the furniture was once again slightly damaged. This time we gave up because it wasn't too noticeable, but it's the last time we'll order anything for delivery. It's a shame, as we're only an hour's drive away. I'm not specifically blaming Ikea, but I think entrusting furniture to the postal service is a very bad idea (the post office is fine for small packages, but not for furniture). Furthermore, the packaging is far from robust enough for this type of item. The slightest bump to a corner will shatter the furniture, given its fragility (the top is more or less hollow inside). In short, a deplorable delivery service...

A customer since the store opened (summer 2009), it's always a pleasure to visit, even if sometimes it leads to unplanned purchases! I've also ordered several times with home delivery and have never had a problem with either the delivery times or the condition of the goods delivered.

Satisfied with the proposed design for a walk-in closet, which includes some choices (e.g., sliding doors or French doors). Now we need to work on verifying the measurements and making choices regarding materials and colors.

I go to IKEA regularly; I'm a satisfied customer. Don't hesitate to come to the clearance sale this Saturday (Saturday, June 7th, until 6 pm). Between your shopping in the parking lot and inside (they'll have special offers too), I recommend taking a break in the cafeteria or restaurant. For IKEA customers with a card, coffee and tea are free, and they regularly organize events (the last one was a real treat—a half-price meal! I admit it eased the strain on my wallet for that unexpected visit in May when I was hungry). Enjoy your meal, because the restaurant offers good food. And let's not forget the nice grocery section with interesting items to discover. When I come to IKEA, I feel a bit like I'm at home.

Good morning, Sir/Madam. The person who was in the bed and mattress department was particularly helpful. I didn't pay attention to her name. So I'll describe her in the hope that her manager will commend her. She is mixed race with light skin. She has braided hair and brown eyes. She is quite short. In any case, she was absolutely wonderful. Thank you also to all the staff at IKEA Tours.

It's always a pleasure to go to IKEA Tours. However, if you're coming from Le Mans without taking the motorway, the store isn't signposted at any point. And with all the roundabouts and road junctions, it's easy to get lost. Otherwise, no complaints about the store or the restaurant. All positive! See you soon
