A great appointment with a lovely kitchen consultant who gave clear explanations. Thank you, Mr. Kaci.

In fact, absolutely avoid going when there's an event, or park right by the exit. At the Doudou event organized by IKEA, with a €15 discount on a €75 purchase, it took over an hour to get out of the parking lot. At Christmas, it goes up to an hour and a half… you have to be patient! And above all, don't forget to have your locks removed! They forget… but otherwise, the store is large, very well laid out, and the staff are patient and friendly. Avoid the returns service as much as possible, or check in to the IKEA app before your return, otherwise you'll have an extra hour's wait. Plus, they don't call in order… and sometimes there are very few of them. On the other hand, it's still a great deal on vacation for the free coffee with the card, phone charging, and meals at bargain prices…

Franck welcomed me to the kitchen area. He took the time to redraw my project in 3D, which wasn't straightforward. He gave me excellent advice and even helped me save money. Thanks again!

Great selection, the only problem is they force you to go all the way around the store. When you come for something specific, you can't go back. You're forced to walk through the entire store to leave. I think that's outrageous.
