I only made a mess, but found the product I was looking for (apparently followed, which is not always the case) on the other hand there is no longer any respect for the customer by removing all the carpet boxes by an individual employee.. .which says that the after-sales service is hell given the world present waiting for help...We must REHUMANIZE...quickly.

Well laid out place, lots of choice which allows you to make your choices, friendly and smiling staff. The cafeteria is nice too!

Visited twice on a Sunday, staff available and ready to provide information. Free hot drinks with menus. However, cash payment was not available at dedicated checkouts for PRMs and pregnant women. We couldn't access it because there was no IKEA application with QR CODE downloaded to our mobile. Even the cashier couldn't open the entrance terminal for us. We had to come in at the same time as 2 other customers. Thank you in advance for your feedback for next time. Sincerely.

26/03/2024: A family restaurant which doesn't look like much at first glance but the traditional dishes are tasty and generous. I come there regularly for the Bun-ken, a fish soup with coconut milk, the Ban-xéo, a crispy pancake stuffed with minced meat, shrimp and bean sprouts and the Bánh cuốn, one of the typical popular dishes. from Northern Vietnam. It's good, plentiful and the prices are more than reasonable.
