Good shopping centre, with Ikea and various shops that are not found in the Basque Country and very well located if you are coming from Irún.

It was our first time doing a project at IKEA. We really didn't know what to expect. The salesperson was fantastic, truly professional with great ideas. We took the opportunity to have lunch there. My review concerns only the click & collect service. My experience was very average: my order was confirmed the same afternoon as my appointment, even though I had placed it the previous morning. I then had to arrange to go to the store, which is an hour away from my home, and there were only three items left in stock. The parking lot organization was very complicated to understand. The reserved spaces are very poorly marked. You expect an employee to bring out the order like with a drive-through, but no, you have to park (maximum 15 minutes), take the elevator, ring the bell at the counter located at the very end of the main hall, wait, etc. In short, an obstacle course and quite stressful!
