14/04/2026: My experience with customer service for my kitchen was disastrous.
13/04/2026: What a bunch of thieves!
You spend €8900 on a kitchen and €800 on a wardrobe, you pay €200 for delivery, and they forget two cabinets. You go to complain, but since you don't have a delivery note, they can't do anything because they apparently have no contact with their delivery drivers. And when you come back later, they refuse because you're past the two-week deadline. Fantastic customer service. I'm never spending my money with them again.
