Even though I was frustrated not to find the items listed as available on the website in the store, Gizem patiently and kindly provided me with information about delivery times and how to activate stock alerts. It's a shame the IKEA website isn't always up-to-date with in-store stock.

- [ ] The store is generally pleasant and well-organized; products are easy to find and the whole place is clean. However, during my visit, it was quite crowded, which made some aisles a little difficult to navigate. I did appreciate Gizem's help, though; she was available and provided clear explanations despite the crowds. Overall, a decent experience, but one that could be even better with a smoother flow.

I didn't find everything I wanted, but Gizem provided me with clear information about stock and delivery, which was still helpful. It's not always easy to find everything in stock at IKEA, but at least you're well-informed.

I regularly visit IKEA, and it's always so clean and well-maintained. Thanks to the whole team, and especially Gizem who made things easy for me; I didn't have to go up and down the stairs twice.

We often only think to leave a review when things go wrong, so for once I'm giving it 5 stars! I love this store! I went last Saturday and I especially want to thank Gizem for her advice in the clothing department and her help in finding the product I needed. 👐🏻

IKEA Mulhouse offers a wide selection of furniture and home decor, including functional designs.
The store is spacious and well-organized.
However, several aspects are disappointing.
Prices are no longer as competitive as they once were: some items are now difficult to justify, such as a simple table priced around €500. Furthermore, the store's decor and displays are not regularly updated, giving a sense of déjà vu. The shopping experience remains long, often crowded, and items are frequently out of stock.
In short, IKEA Mulhouse still offers a good selection, but the overall experience and value for money have clearly declined.

magasin recent et pratique avec un bon parking . personnel tres aimable.ouver jusqu a 21h en semaine et 20h le samedi.Pour des gros achats , pensez a comparer d 'abord le prix des articles en France et en Allemagne ( parfait la difference de prix est importante)
