28/04/2026: Marketing galore, but service nonexistent. Ikea doesn't treat its customers haphazardly. The slogans are catchy, like "Hey, Ikea," etc., but there's absolutely no personal touch. The last time I called (about a kitchen I'd already bought but hadn't yet delivered!), I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold before speaking to a human being. The answering message—with its numerous options (select 1, 2, 3, etc.)—is incomprehensible to the average person. Every time I try it, I inevitably have to restart my call because, unsure of my choice, I've made a mistake somewhere. It's irritating, especially considering the automated system is completely unreliable: every time it told me my wait time would be less than 10 minutes, I was stuck on the phone for over 30 minutes... A customer who has spent several thousand euros in the last few months.

22/04/2026: April 22, 2026. "Roasted Salmon." The one in the display case looked beautiful, and this is what I found when I got home... Can you imagine the expiration date? With salmon and mayonnaise, I kept it refrigerated in case of food poisoning.

20/04/2026: The service was good, but please check your pastries! I ended up with an animal in mine, it's truly shameful!!!!

02/04/2026: The bread is good, but there's a real problem with organization, or more likely, a lack of staff. You very often have to wait 15 minutes, or even 30 minutes, to be served.
