Updated 09/24 OMG, cold ramen!!! A logical (and yeah, that's what you should order at 40° - duh) and gustatory (absolute delight) revelation. Since then, I've only had one idea in mind: to go back and order several portions, just for me. --- 2023 Homemade ramen, delicate broth, beautiful Japanese dishes. Simplicity but also a warm and smiling welcome. There's a bit of a wait, it's true, but I really liked this place. Staff attentive to food allergies.

Being of Japanese origin, I can assure you that these ramens are among the best ramens I have tasted in France. The servers are very pleasant. On the other hand, try to come at opening time since there is often a wait given that the restaurant is relatively small.

The ramen was great, I wish I picked the larger portion though. Matcha tiramisu was delicious and had pronounced flavour of high quality matcha. The service was really nice.

Really lovely staff and nice atmosphere Long queue, food was decent 7.5/10, nice ramen but not massively special.

In het oude gedeelte van Nice ligt dit geweldig restaurant. Reserveren is verstandig of je moet een half uur voor opening al in de rij staan. Een goede kaart met heerlijk Japanse gerechten. We zijn deze week tweemaal geweest. We hebben karage , gyoza en natuurlijk ramensoep op. Buiten dat het eten voortreffelijk smaakt is het personeel fantastisch. We mochten dan ook met de chef op de foto, een eer. Arrigatto Volgende keer in Nice gaan we hier zeker terug.

Je suis allée plusieurs fois à Ikko Ramen. Je me suis régalée à chaque fois! Les serveurs/serveuses sont tous très sympa.

01/11/2024: Very good evening in this restaurant, fast food, fresh and full of flavors. Everything being prepared to order, you of course have to wait.... but isn't that better than having something reheated in the microwave like in many of the bloated menus? Here, everything is prepared with meticulousness and care by the chef with whom you can even exchange a few words. Thanks to Amine for his enlightened service and wise advice

20/09/2024: Food is of very high quality, lovingly prepared, aesthetically pleasing with enough fusion (samosa in a Japanese restaurant!) to keep it interesting. The aubergine may be the best ever. The proprietoress came out of the kitchen and engaged in a fun discussion with us. A gem in Nice.
12/09/2024: Been here a couple of times and loved every single dish. The service is friendly, well informed and passionate. The food is great and the sake selection matches the quality of everything. Highly recommend heading to maido.
