OMG, cold ramen!!!
A logical (and yeah, that's what you should order at 40° - duh) and gustatory (absolute delight) revelation.
Since then, I've only had one idea in mind: to go back and order several portions, just for me.

Homemade ramen, delicate broth, beautiful Japanese dishes. Simplicity but also a warm and smiling welcome. There's a bit of a wait, it's true, but I really liked this place. Staff attentive to food allergies.
Being of Japanese origin, I can assure you that these ramens are among the best ramens I have tasted in France. The servers are very pleasant. On the other hand, try to come at opening time since there is often a wait given that the restaurant is relatively small.
The ramen was great, I wish I picked the larger portion though. Matcha tiramisu was delicious and had pronounced flavour of high quality matcha. The service was really nice.
In het oude gedeelte van Nice ligt dit geweldig restaurant. Reserveren is verstandig of je moet een half uur voor opening al in de rij staan. Een goede kaart met heerlijk Japanse gerechten. We zijn deze week tweemaal geweest. We hebben karage , gyoza en natuurlijk ramensoep op.
Buiten dat het eten voortreffelijk smaakt is het personeel fantastisch. We mochten dan ook met de chef op de foto, een eer. Arrigatto
Volgende keer in Nice gaan we hier zeker terug.
