A very beautiful restaurant, decorated in the style of establishments near Lake Garda; the only thing missing was the lake itself, but instead, we were content with the Ill River. The food is excellent, with a special mention for the fritto misto. The other dishes are just as good. The service was impeccable. I can't wait for the sun to return so I can enjoy the terrace. I had a wonderful time there; it's a shame I can't say the same for other establishments.

This restaurant is a real gem! One major drawback, however… This isn't my first visit, and I'm always very satisfied with the quality, presentation, and choice of dishes. A big thank you to the kitchen staff! The terrace is very pleasant, a good alternative to dining inside when the weather is nice. The setting is peaceful, located in a rather residential area. The service was quick. But honestly, some of the servers really need to improve their customer service: They never smile; at the slightest question, you get the feeling you're bothering them; saying hello and goodbye is just basic courtesy… It's a shame that for a restaurant of this caliber, the glasses and cutlery are all mismatched, coming from different sets.

An Italian restaurant in Wantzenau, along the Ill River. Parking is easy. It's spacious, with an outdoor terrace. The tables are beautifully set, with cloth tablecloths and napkins, giving it a wedding-like feel. The service is exclusively male, dressed in suits and ties. Our waiter had some difficulty with French, but he was helpful and friendly. The menu is quite varied, but predominantly Italian. I opted for a Ciccio pizza. I was disappointed when I saw it. The crust was enormous, and it was drowning in arugula. It was edible, but not at all aesthetically pleasing. A shame; I expected better from a restaurant renowned for its gastronomy. I'll have to go back to try something else.

We came as a group of 11 for a birthday celebration. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you to the front-of-house and kitchen staff.

A while back, this was one of the best restaurants in Strasbourg. The quality of the food is no longer the same. The truffle taglioni is bland and the truffle flavor is much less pronounced, the truffle pizza isn't as appealing anymore (it's very flat), and especially the profiteroles (which used to be exceptional): the chocolate sauce poured over them is now diluted; it's a runny "chocolate sauce" with little taste and texture. There's also less fruit or fruit/chocolate purée served alongside them, which used to be delicious. Furthermore, the dishes aren't served hot; they arrive lukewarm. The hot chocolate for the profiteroles is also served cold. It's nothing like it used to be… It's a real shame. I hope it improves because it was truly my favorite restaurant.

The setting immediately sets the mood: it's the Leonardo DiCaprio of the Great Gatsby neighborhood. The decor is ultra-classy, ​​and the terrace is really cool, ideal for unwinding, even without a sea view. Logistically, it's flawless, with easy parking, which is a rare luxury. The service, provided by Italians, plays up the prestige restaurant image. It's professional, but a bit too formal for me; somewhat rigid without necessarily being warm, and yes, they don't really speak French, which adds a touch of authenticity, fitting the image the manager wants to project... It's on the plate that the soufflé falls flat. We're still searching for the "Italian flavors we love": it's not bad, just passable, lacking that depth that transports you. The desserts follow the same pattern: nothing innovative, sticking to the classics without taking any risks. Thankfully, the wine list saves the day with some well-chosen selections that pair nicely with the meal. Basically, people come here for the Instagrammable setting and easy access. For a quick lunch by the water in a beautiful location, it's fine, but don't expect a culinary epiphany... So, if you're looking to impress someone and have fun creating beautiful posts for your social media, go for it. Otherwise, forget it.

Excellent food. The service was friendly, although communication with the servers was sometimes difficult. They didn't always understand, but they compensated with their unfailing availability and helpfulness.
