I had saved this place on Google Maps before going to Paris because it was said to be delicious. Since I had other plans, I told my two college-aged daughters to eat here while I met them again, and they raved about how delicious it was. Since they love ice cream so much, we often went to many places during our trips to London and Paris, and they both said this was the best among them. My daughters are picky eaters, but I wonder how delicious it was. I should have tried it too. Haha. They said the pistachio was delicious.

Finally, unsweetened ice creams that respect the true taste of the ingredients. Those who find them bland are probably used to eating ultra-sweet ice creams with lots of fluorescent coloring… Their hazelnut cream is incredible too. I alternate with Berthillon, same style

Very pleasant welcome, but it's a shame the girl doesn't speak Italian, a detail that would make us Italians abroad feel at home!!
The hot chocolate was too sugary, and the maritozzo was average!!
What a disappointment, because the shop is inviting from the outside, but it didn't live up to the advertised expectations!!

Given the establishment's reputation, we expected the ice cream to live up to its image. But no, the ice cream was very average in terms of flavor and not very indulgent. The staff were also stingy with the portions.
I was very surprised by the dirty uniforms of the staff, both at the Saint-Germain location and at the stand in front of Galeries Lafayette.
There are ice cream parlors nearby that offer more original, more generous, and more indulgent flavors.
I'm not sure I'll go back.
