The access system was rather chaotic, as even with a reservation, we had to wait for walk-in customers to be seated before we could be seated ourselves. What's the point of making a reservation? Otherwise, once seated, everything was very good, both the food and the service.

It's easy to voice your dissatisfaction when something goes wrong… but it's just as important to take the time to acknowledge excellence when it's present. We dined at El Restaurante and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Clément. Clément is an absolutely remarkable young waiter in his twenties. From the moment we arrived, he stood out with his warm welcome, genuine smile, and naturally kind demeanor. Throughout the meal, he demonstrated impeccable professionalism: attentive without being intrusive, available without ever being pushy, and always perfectly attuned to the customer. What makes the difference is that he doesn't just do his job; he does it with heart. You can feel his genuine desire to do well, to please, and to create a pleasant experience from beginning to end. His advice is relevant, his service is seamless, and his interpersonal skills are simply impeccable. It's rare these days to encounter a waiter so dedicated, so respectful, and so naturally elegant. He has excellent manners, a true sense of service, and an attitude that makes you want to come back. Clément is undoubtedly a gem and a real asset to this restaurant. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience. Don't change a thing.

Hello, what a lovely surprise to discover this restaurant! The welcome was fantastic, the restaurant is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the dessert was superb, especially considering the price. I had lunch there on weekdays with a set menu to choose from. I highly recommend it. Have a good day!

The restaurant is nice, and Italian food is always enjoyable. The waiter, a big, burly guy, was super friendly. A while ago, I had the pasta carbonara; I found the sauce too salty, but I don't know if that was due to the cured meats they used. The Bolognese with ragù, which I tried another time, was fantastic.
