Very nice experience at "Il Restorante" in Nîmes today. a small problem for cooking the beef blue, fortunately the meat was very tender. A big thank you to Erin for her welcome. She took great care of us.

Pizza du Bois des Espeisses

07/10/2023: Excellent pizzas. It's been years since I've had pizza this good. The dough is soft and firm at the same time. The filling is generous. The home delivery service is fast. The service is very pleasant. I highly recommend. And for my part, it will become our official pizza supplier for evenings with friends.
