I always approach this neighborhood with a certain amount of skepticism, and my opinion of this restaurant has fluctuated over the years. However, this June, the chef's cuisine, the rather familial atmosphere, the presence of the elegant owner, and the well-stocked wine list at Magna Grecia completely tipped the scales in its favor. If I write "one of the 30 best Italian restaurants in Paris," it's not at all disrespectful, given the incredible presence of all kinds of Italian cuisine in the capital. It certainly wouldn't be insulting in Rome, Bologna, or Naples. And yet, Paris is flirting with those heights.

everything we ordered was so delicious. the soup was perfect for a cold night, and this was the best vongole pasta I’ve ever had in my life 🤍 the tiramisu is a must!
