We were pampered from start to finish and delighted by dishes that were beautiful to look at and extraordinary to taste, refined, creative, and prepared with top-quality ingredients. Each course reflects meticulous research, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for cooking. Harmonious flavors, refined presentations, and pairings that surprise and captivate the palate. Making everything even more special was the excellent, extensive and interesting wine list, which allowed us to pair our dinner with an excellent wine, further enhancing each dish. But what really makes the difference, beyond the quality of the cuisine, is the atmosphere and the welcome you receive. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Loredana, if I remember her name correctly, for her smile, her attentive presence, and her ability to make guests feel important and at ease.
