Illico sur Verrieres-Le-Buisson

02/11/2025: A different menu every day. Friendly welcome with a carafe of water and appetizers immediately available. Starter: Oysters, beautifully presented with oysters, shallots, toast, and salted butter. Excellent oysters. Main course: Angus beef piranha. An original offering that tempted me. Unfortunately, I would have preferred it rare, and the thin slicing resulted in it being overcooked for my taste. However, the presentation was perfect. Sautéed potatoes were well-prepared. Nice salad with a few extra touches. Very good pepper sauce. Dessert: Apple crumble, served warm, perhaps a little too warm, but truly excellent. The apples were perfectly cooked. Pleasant background music. Absolutely perfect service. Despite the cooking issue with my meat, hence the loss of a star, I would gladly return.
