Best pizza in Paris! Sour dough crust from starter brought from Canada! Made by Bob ànd his charming team. True to what good North American pizza is ❤️

Pizza of the day, original, and subtle zucchini/lemon pasta. A great time to share.

The pasta was very good, but the pizza bases were burnt. Being in a hurry, we didn't make a fuss, but we were disappointed.

A huge thank you to Camille! She was a fantastic waitress; we were a table of 9, and the service was super fast and friendly!

Main course and dessert for 25 euros per person. The pasta was perfectly cooked, piping hot, and seasoned to perfection. The tiramisu was incredibly smooth and fragrant, and the canollo was generously filled with freshly crushed pistachios—a real treat. We had lunch outside in the natural shade until 2:30 pm; the temperature was ideal, and the street was quiet with very little traffic.

This was the best place we ate in all of Paris. We told them it was our honeymoon and they treated us to champagne and tiramisu. The pizzas are spectacular and the owner, Bob, treated us incredibly well. If we ever return to Paris, we'll always remember this place and will definitely come back for dinner.

Lovely family run restaurant. Service was excellent and the food was superb. There are lots of choices in the area but would highly recommend Inizio.

I've rarely eaten such good pizzas. I recommend the N'duja, a perfect combination of the spiciness of the N'duja sausage, the freshness of the pickled onions, and the crunch of fresh basil! A must-try, and thanks to Bob!
