My fiance and I had an extended stay in Biarritz and, when we weren’t out at the restaurants, this place kept us extremely well fed. There was always something new and fresh to try whenever we stopped in. The staff is also very friendly!

So delicious and a warm welcome, a real gem in Biarritz! The three-poultry pâté en croûte is delicious, and we particularly recommend the desserts: the Saint Sebastian cheesecake and the chocolate bombe.

04/09/2026: A must-visit in Biarritz. The staff are incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere is very welcoming, at any time of day or night! I highly recommend it!!
30/08/2026: A must-visit! We were lucky enough to visit Le Comptoir du Foie Gras almost every day, and it became a real little ritual! The welcome is simply amazing: always a smile, genuine good cheer, and the feeling of being welcomed like regulars from day one. Coffee and a smile in the morning, a small glass of white wine and oysters at lunchtime, and a fantastic atmosphere in the evening enjoying quality tapas. Everything is there: excellent products, a lovely team, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. A true must-go if you're in the area! We highly recommend it.
