A major drawback was the bathroom, which was disappointing considering the price of the room. The grout was blackened, the door was badly damaged, and the shower ceiling was blackened. The towels weren't very clean and had bluish stains (room 33). The room was otherwise clean, except for the general room light, which was dusty. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature with the air conditioning/heating system, which is starting to show its age (both the remote control and the unit itself, which takes forever to adjust and is noisy). On the plus side, the bedding was comfortable (except for the pillows, which I didn't find particularly good). However, the staff were pleasant; thank you to them!
