Another delightful moment for our birthday celebration... The chef invited us to discover, or rediscover, products prepared with respect, expertise, passion, and sometimes originality. His love for the garden and local produce, combined with excellent service, allowed us to escape for an evening, far from the worries of everyday life. Thank you for sharing your passion with us!

September 2023: We chose the four-course menu and our only regret was not opting for seven! Every dish was beautiful, original, refined, flavorful, delicate, and reasonably generous. The wine pairing was excellent. The decor was simple and tasteful. The limited seating created an intimate atmosphere. We were surprised by the low number of people that Thursday evening. We will definitely be back! December 2025: A promise fulfilled at the end of the year, and what a delight! We did indeed choose the seven-course surprise menu and shared a wine pairing between the two of us. The dishes were surprising and truly exceptional, with a beautiful balance of flavors and perfect cooking (the highlights: the squab dish and the dessert - pictured - the only slight drawback: the Livarot mousse on a base that was a touch too sweet for our taste). An extraordinary experience.

The place is very nice, we discovered the ramparts. We had the 7-course meal, a very refined delight. The service was very good.

For my birthday, we had the discovery menu for 49 euros and the wine pairing. 2 glasses of white wine for 22 euros. 3 original appetizers before the menu. A starter: Barfleur lobster ravioli. A main course: monkfish cooked at low temperature. Dessert: Mirabelle plum. Coffee with two petits fours. Pleasant little dining room with a view of the ramparts: tables decorated in autumn colors with a tablecloth and cloth napkins. Beautiful and delicious dishes: everything was excellent. Pleasant service. It was a first for us in a Michelin-starred restaurant; We would have liked a round of talks from the chef. Nice touch. A small candle placed over dessert. One disappointment, however: a misunderstanding with the server regarding the wine pairing: we wanted a single wine pairing for two. The first wine was served as planned, but then there was no wine to finish the meal. We asked for the second. The server apologized for not understanding and served us the second, split into two glasses. However, we paid €22 and €11. Allow a little over two hours for the menu. This is the first time we've encountered this problem in a restaurant.
