IORI is a Japanese izakaya restaurant that was recommended to me a lot in Toulouse and I am honestly not disappointed! There is a varied menu with many dishes to share, all very good. The prices are fair and you can find the flavors of dishes tasted in Japan. The decoration and atmosphere are also really nice. I recommend the takoyakis, the dashi omelette and the Japanese croquette. Remember to book :)
I always come to Iori to find an izakaya like in Japan.
There is a very wide selection of sake, accompanied by many Japanese "tapas".
I really like showing my colleagues after work how to taste sake.
I can only recommend this address for people wishing to discover izakaya, and people who have experienced the same types of establishments in Japan.
