An excellent experience at Le IORI in Toulouse. I was captivated by the omakase sushi, remarkably fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Kenji, guided us with passion through our choices. The minimalist Japanese decor, elegant and soothing, enhances the immersive experience. Every detail is meticulously attended to, from the service to the presentation of the food. Discovered while strolling during my lunch break, I had ramen and gyoza for lunch one day and it was truly excellent! The gyoza were cooked perfectly and the ramen was well-seasoned. The place is also lovely, with soft, calming lighting. I highly recommend it!

05/06/2026: A fantastic find! The welcome was particularly warm and attentive. As for the food, the value for money is unbeatable: the maki rolls are very generous and the platters include a starter (miso soup or coleslaw). We highly recommend it!

Their dishes truly stand out from other restaurants because their offerings are so original, with a wide variety of options like Chinese hot pot and grilled meats. Furthermore, the owner is incredibly friendly and sociable; he chats with us, describes the dishes, and is very attentive to his customers. This experience was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! The only downside is that I think it's a shame there aren't more customers, considering the restaurant offers such high-quality food. I highly recommend you go and eat there.
