An excellent experience at Le IORI in Toulouse. I was captivated by the omakase sushi, remarkably fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Kenji, guided us with passion through our choices. The minimalist Japanese decor, elegant and soothing, enhances the immersive experience. Every detail is meticulously attended to, from the service to the presentation of the food. A must-visit for lovers of refined and authentic Japanese cuisine.

Discovered while strolling during my lunch break, I had ramen and gyoza for lunch one day and it was truly excellent! The gyoza were cooked perfectly and the ramen was well-seasoned.
The place is also lovely, with soft, calming lighting.
I highly recommend it!
