This place is great if you want to eat classic, well-proportioned, and delicious ramen. But here's the thing. Be warned. It's really well-proportioned. Compared to other ramen shops, you don't feel overly full after your meal. There's always a little room left for dessert. It's true that they could do a bit more work on the saltiness of the broth. It didn't bother me too much, but objectively, it's a little too salty. And finally, I absolutely love your dessert with the matcha ice cream. The best dessert in the world!

A very good ramen restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the reasonably spiced bowls. A bit pricey in my opinion for such a simple dish. The fried octopus and the cheesecake were also excellent.

Very good ramen restaurant. I've been there several times and I often order the akamaru tamago ramen. I've never been disappointed. Karaka ramen is a great option for those who like it spicy. The service is fast. It's quite noisy but you can still hear yourself talking.

I had excellent memories of Ippudo Saint Germain. However, I was very disappointed with tonight's ramen (the "karaka Tamago"). A very average ramen that I could have found in any Asian shop. The spicy karaage, while not unforgettable, was a big step above the ramen. In short, only 3 stars for the food. Note: the service was very efficient and pleasant. That saves a bit.

05/01/2026: The staff are super friendly and the prices are reasonable for what you get. I recommend it.
26/09/2025: In my opinion, Fresh offers the best bagels and salads in the 16th arrondissement. The welcome is always warm and friendly because the management and staff are adorable. Having lunch at Fresh is the assurance of experiencing, for the time of lunch, this moment of decompression and relaxation so important in the middle of the day.
