However, the manager contacted me the next day (following a review left on Google) so we could discuss it. I found this very professional and compassionate of him. The whole family appreciated the gesture of goodwill! Having already taken several trips with this company, I highly recommend it.

The outing is pleasant in itself, the person who tells the story of Aigues-Mortes is very good, but we didn't see anything except the bulls, the herdsmen, and the herd. The rest is mediocre. It's well-sold for what it is..... Leaving for the Grau du Roi, we saw the flamingos much better by car and closer. €18 expensive.... We're sorry

Lovely little 2-hour cruise to visit the Camargue

A very nice 2.5-hour walk, thanks in particular to the many explanations from our guide, who was also very pleasant. The possibility of bringing your dog is a real plus. The stop at a manade was a wonderful discovery, with demonstrations and explanations from the herdsmen on site. A small drawback: when we collected our tickets in the morning, we were told to arrive 15 minutes before departure for boarding. However, once we arrived, a huge number of people were already waiting there, so we didn't get a seat on top of the barge. Being down inside, you can't see anything (not the marshes or the animals, for example, because of the vegetation on the shore, as you can see in the photos). We would have appreciated knowing that we had to arrive early to get seats up top. We thought the interior was reserved for bad weather. So we had to go back and forth to see the top from time to time and stay standing, so it wasn't ideal. Considering the price, it would be nice to either have a guaranteed seat at the top, or at the very least, when purchasing tickets in advance, to be warned that you need to be there at least 30 minutes in advance, or even more. We still recommend this cruise for visiting the Camargue.

We set off with the children for a 1.5-hour boat trip, including this always delightful stop at the ranch (our second outing with you, our second holiday in the area). I mustn't forget the email reservation, with information available until late at night for the following day. I highly recommend this outing if you're in the area. The 1.5-hour cruise is ideal with children—neither too short nor too long.

A Camargue evening... flawless. The navigation and explanations were superb. The welcome from the herd was top-notch. Thank you to Vincent from Mas de la Comtesse for his explanations and his passion for horses and bulls. A friendly aperitif, a delicious meal, and a gypsy musical atmosphere with Nenin are not to be missed. We highly recommend this cruise, and in hindsight, we highly recommend Mas de la Comtesse. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing this moment, and long live the Camargue.
