Good kebab but there's not much in the fries unfortunately

Loyal to Istanbul for years, I am tempted to continue ordering. Indeed order made today. Tiramisu Nutella ordered I receive a tiramisu speculos. I called immediately and the person told me that there was no more Nutella. So no more Nutella, they take the initiative of adding a speculoos, saying to themselves that it won't go down well, I don't like it. The person I have on the phone asks a woman behind what she should do and then I hear "tiramisu I can't take it back" um yes but I actually paid. I am offered other desserts but not at the price of tiramisu, well no 3.40 I am offered something logically equivalent. Finally I was told to notify it in my next order (not sure about making one). The person on the phone apologizes but then the other person doesn't understand at all and has a very unpleasant tone. Very disappointed

Je mange beaucoup dehors, étant salarié de se lieu je peux vous assurer que vous pouvez manger les yeux fermé dans les deux locaux. 10/10

Lamentable service having your order delivered with a cigarette in your hand is just unacceptable and the first order is lukewarm and in the second the coke is forgotten, in short at the price you pay it's just intolerable

Ordered on the internet, delivery chosen at 7:00 p.m. received at 6:40 p.m. ... Concerning the steak pancake menu, thinner than my kebab pancake without raw vegetables... the steak pancake was not garnished at all, a poor steak cut in two, a sheet of salad, and a slice of tomato.. First and last.

Satisfied but no more, the meal was good, nothing to say about it. except that unfortunately we were missing the drinks. by reminding I explain the situation while respecting that it happens to forget I accept. The woman on the phone is going to make a new order with the drinks suddenly the delivery guy calls and he explains how he gave the drinks in a second bag. suddenly surprised, I check again right in front of my house if I might not have misplaced it but not at all so I confirm it although he has no drinks, with a threatening air the delivery man insinuates that I am doing this to get free drinks. surprised by her reaction, I decided to call the restaurant back to make a complaint about her attitude, from the woman's reaction I felt that she seemed unserious and that my situation was not being taken seriously. Finally I was able to have the drinks but very disappointed with the service knowing that this type of situation had never happened to me.

Delivery became a disaster, delivering 30 minutes before delivery time and already 3 times even though we order quite frequently.. return of our order for a new delivery at the agreed time meal received reheat quickly at 80%… disappointed..
