Over time, Italian’s Pizza has become a little family tradition for us. It’s the place we typically order from when it’s time for an easy weeknight dinner, when everyone wants something simple, quick… but really good. The first thing that makes a difference here is the pizza dough. It’s simply excellent. Not too thick, not too thin, it strikes the perfect balance. It’s not too crispy, but it’s not soggy or rubbery either. The texture is just ideal, and that’s what makes the pizza so good. You can tell the base is well-made, which is ultimately what matters most in a good pizzeria. The toppings are generous and well-balanced, and the pizzas always arrive hot and perfectly prepared. It’s the kind of place where you know exactly what you’re getting: a good pizza, consistently high quality, with no unpleasant surprises. The service is also a major plus. The team is quick to take orders and always very pleasant. The welcome is simple and warm, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. We tried both the dine-in and takeout pizzas, and in both cases, the experience was excellent. The atmosphere is friendly when dining in, and for takeout orders, everything is efficient and well-organized. In short, an excellent neighborhood spot in Toulouse for those who appreciate well-made pizzas and attentive service. For us, it's definitely become our weekly pizza destination.

The best pizza I have ever tasted. The owners are very kind. It is like you are in the middle of Rome. The atmosphere,the pizza,the wine and desserts,everything is high level. This is my favorite place in Toulouse.
