This is a fantastic restaurant, quite possibly the best in our 10 days in France! We had the 4-course menu, but were pleasantly surprised by all the extras. First there was the amuse bouche, which was great. Then came the courses, each time both listed on the menu. Normally you would get one of the two.
This continued, other than the main course. Service was superb.
Do not pass on this place. It’s not cheap, but worth every penny.
The food was creatively prepared and exceptional. We were amazed at the number of different serving per course and the variety of flavors. Delicate flavors. We liked the Japanese influence on the Italian food. Their menu does not list wines by the glass, although they did pour us wines by the glass when we requested.
