We were there for my grandmother's 100th birthday. A separate, very quiet room, impeccable service, and very pleasant staff. The meal was exquisite. The desserts (see photo) were a perfect way to enhance it. My uncle and aunt, who were also staying at the hotel, were also very satisfied. I can only recommend this establishment and congratulate the chef and his team once again!

We went out for dinner last night. What a welcome and what food! From the moment we walked in, the team was attentive. It was incredible! The meal was excellent; everything was perfect, from the quality of the food to the presentation. I sincerely appreciate this thoughtful gesture as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. In short, we had a wonderful time. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Maena, who was perfect. We will be back very soon.

LE MENU (translated to English by Lionel, Reception) Appetizer : Norman “bleu” cheese emulsion ( Made in La Talboisière close to Tinchebray ) - parsley sorbet – “bleu” cheese crackers Starter : Seabream – Nori – juice and cream shrimps Fish : Cod fish rubbed with salt – sea spinach – mustard seed, onions and capers Meal : Piece of veal collected from rib steak – coffee juice and lemon verbena emulsion – small grenaille potatoes with verbena pesto – verbena crumble Dessert : Ice parfait with thyme on crusty hazelnut biscuit – peach coulis – avocado ice cream – crude and baked peach marmalade – milk and hazelnut emulsion.

I had lunch on Saturday afternoon to end the holidays in style, not disappointed with the menu, full of confidence. I will come back without hesitation, thank you to the whole team
