Family lunch with our children. The restaurant has a hushed and contemporary atmosphere, and the service is efficient and discreet. The food is good and well-executed, but it didn't quite live up to the expectations or surprises we had anticipated from a Michelin-starred restaurant.

A truly wonderful culinary experience in an idyllic setting. A very warm welcome. I was particularly surprised by the subtlety of the amuse-bouche and the cold appetizers. It was flawless and I'll definitely be back.

Excellent service and staff as expected. The food on the Chef's menu was delicious and presented to excellence. The booking was handled well by the management staff and they were friendly and forthcoming for any specific requirements.

An unforgettable gastronomic experience. It was flawless from start to finish. The reception and service staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive. As for the cuisine, our taste buds will remember it. Excellent, delicate dishes bursting with flavor. Bravo, it was simply magical. An experience to be repeated. We stayed at the hotel last night. It's a very pleasant place. Julia, who handled our arrival and departure, was incredibly kind. The room was superb, and it's not far from the city center by car. There's a very convenient private parking lot for our car upon arrival. Finally, the spa area was a moment of pure bliss. I highly recommend the hotel and we will be back soon. Regarding the restaurant, we can't comment on it as it's closed on Monday evenings.

I'm writing this message because I walk past your establishment every day, and it bothers me that for a renowned hotel and restaurant like yours, the menus displayed in the window around the owner aren't straight; they're all crooked. The same goes for the wooden green stars. Is it supposed to be a 4- or 5-star hotel? It looks like one is missing. In short, try to make your storefront as attractive as the presentation of your dishes. I think your establishment deserves it! 😁

Very good but unsurprising. Excellent fish and perfectly cooked scallops. The wine pairing was good, but the wine selection was negligible. Service was too basic. €40 for two glasses of champagne. Certainly good, but still. The chocolate dessert was a bit too heavy for our taste.

BUT THE WINE (from the European Union) IS NOT GOOD...!!! NEEDS TO BE REVISED In addition, they organize an annual (early December) wine tasting evening with an Alsatian winemaker who sells some very good wines there....
