i am surprised the restaurant didn't get better reviews. We were 4 and we all loved the food. i had the thiep poulet, it was delicious and it was a lot so i shared the rice with my friends. the chicken was so well seasoned, my friends had the maffee and the whole fish, also the plantain and veggie spring rolls. We ate so well that we decided to come back and bring our kids. The people were also so friendly and we sat outside on the terrace , great atmosphere. can't recommend it enough!

Absolutely fantastic! You can sit outside on the street in a beautiful setting, and the food tastes just like in West Africa, with large portions. If I lived here, I would come here every week :)

A family atmosphere, they are very welcoming and kind, it was incredibly good, a little long wait to receive our dish (which is to be expected when it's Mama Africa's cuisine!), it takes time to make good food, thank you very much for the welcome, we will come back with great pleasure!

Went there because I was really eager to try fotou And I loved everything about this place! Very warm and welcoming people, gave me recommendations and had some deep cultural exchange with the waitress. Lovely lady as well as the cook who gave me recommendations personally! Had some beef mafé with fotou and the food was absolutely amazing!

04/07/2026: Everything is lovely about this place.
19/06/2026: Excellent! The waitress was very friendly, the infused rums were excellent (especially the cinnamon orange), not to mention the beef mafé!!! Simply divine, and even though I don't usually like peanut butter, you couldn't taste it. The beef was incredibly tender. We were also pleasantly surprised because we arrived at 10 pm (they serve until late) and were then served very quickly on a Friday night. A minor drawback, perhaps, was the sharing platter for the appetizer (the sweet potato was rather bland and the dressing didn't seem homemade).
