Local product, high quality and delicious! The chef is nice and the service is great.
The gyoza is quite surprising, it’s a bit spicy, but match with inner stuffing of fish.
Highly recommended! But it’s better to arrive at the restaurant before the opening time as they don’t take reservations. If you are not in the first service, you have to wait a little longer.
Ramen was great and unique. Sardine bomb was just the right saltiness for me. Service is so-so. The restaurant could use more space especially with all the decorations mimicking a fish market, which felt like too much
Ramen shop with a Michelin star in Paris, from idea of Tsukiji fish markete. Inside, it is decked out with Japanese fish market decorations and speakers pumping out matching ambient fish market sounds
IMDB 8.4/10
This ramen ought to be experienced. Once you feel that feeling, even one time, it hits you so deep that there is no turning back...
The closest feeling would be giving a blind man sight for just a moment, and then telling him to walk around for the rest of his life with a new knowledge of what he lacks.
Once you taste this lobster bisque ramen, it pulls your soul in that direction like a Muslim to Mecca, it feels like kissing God. It wounds you. Imagine coming in from the cold to a warmth you never knew you lacked.
They are closed for renovation at this location ! The restaurant should state this on their website or Instagram because this google listing is misleading and when you call there is an automated message stating they are open :/
Original and authentic atmosphere looks very exciting. The ramen is very satisfying and delicious with the wide selection of toppings. The queue passed almost instantly for us because we had a QR code.
The vegan ramen was the best ramen I've ever had in my life. It had some cucumber garnish and roasted eggplant and it all paired so well together. I'm not even vegan but it was incredible.
