Jade Ichiban sur Verrieres-Le-Buisson

I will definitely stop ordering from Jade Ichiban, with a lot of regrets because I have known the restaurant for several years and I was always satisfied with it. However, since the new owners, the quality and quantities have declined significantly. And yet I tested it again and again to find out if the comments I was able to make directly were taken into account. Well no… I’m always still hungry after a meal. The slices of sashimi as well as the sushi are much smaller (the trays are also smaller), there is significantly less rice in the trays, you can see the bottom in the tray of the coleslaw, etc… On the other hand, prices increased as soon as the restaurant took over! It’s such a shame for this restaurant in Verrières which used to be so excellent! We really feel that the key is to save on quantities. I will now unfortunately go elsewhere, to the Japanese restaurant a little further away in Antony for example, which I also know, which serves its customers more generously, with very good quality dishes.

We've come to Jade Ichiban for sushi five or six times now, it's always so good, cheap, fast 👌 The sushi and Makis are well proportioned in rice/fish. Favorite for California Las Vegas 🧡 Go there with your eyes closed 🥢☺️

The new owners have managed to maintain and even improve the quality of the dishes served! The sashimi on a bed of ice cream is very tasty and the beef is excellent!!!
