Restaurant in the tourist center of Colmar. They have set menus for certain times of day. I went at lunchtime. It's quite busy, so there's likely to be a line. In my case, I didn't have to wait long to be served, and the food arrived quickly. They serve good portions, and the food was decent. I can't say for sure if it's authentic Alsatian cuisine, but I liked it, although I see it more as a place geared towards tourists.

Jadis et Gourmande is a lovely spot in Colmar with a relaxed and charming atmosphere, especially when sitting outside. It’s a great place to take in the surroundings while enjoying a leisurely meal.
The beef was particularly impressive, very tender and well cooked, with a rich flavour that stood out. The salad was fresh and well prepared, making for a simple but satisfying accompaniment.
Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience with good food and a pleasant outdoor setting.
