Jaqen Craft Beer sur Bordeaux

Nice, friendly games bar. The selection of games on offer is not as big as at Lila and the Barber who sent us here because they had no space, but the barman was friendly and their recommendations were good. The best one was the chess set for three players which kept us there until after closing! The barman, to their credit, didn't try to throw us out before we finished the game. Very cool

I haven't tasted the cuisine, so I will be careful not to give my opinion. For the rest, I am very pleasantly surprised. I tasted two good beers, one from the house, another craft... Both delicious. Pleasant service with a smile and no-nonsense conversation. A quiet place, chill and appropriate music. In short, a good time. Having come alone, I did not ask for access to the board games. However, there is a wide choice. I really appreciate it and recommend it. Big up to the brewer for the: last trip. Count a little less than ten euros per Distingués (yes I'm not a fan of calling it a pint😁) let's be serious (I'll stop, I promise) I recommend without any worries to beer lovers.

Great selection of craft beer, something for every palate. We sampled a flight and a few glasses to check out the range. I loved that they had Super Nintendo set up at the back of the bar to smash out a few levels of Mario Bros. We sat out in their patio seating/table up the street in the square. It was nice to have the outdoor option.

Excellent place, good beer, good games and the best host.

Popped in a Sunday night for a tasting flight and found the beers ok but the service pretty surley. They have a big section or Board games and some nice decor. The beers were all nice craft beer from their own brewer or local breweries but nothing to write much more about. I know if was a Sunday night and the bar was a bit empty but the barmans long face and lack of chat as I sat at the bar made it feel like a very long tasting flight and left a bitter taste kn my mouth.

Highly recommendable bar for a whole bunch of reasons: the welcome is friendly, the bartender gives good advice (possibility of tasting before deciding), the artisanal, local and delicious beers are at very reasonable prices. Finally, the toilets are clean with the provision of sanitary napkins and tampons and a clear and uncompromising display of anti-sexual harassment messages. In summary, a good bar with good products and good values: we love it.
