This place had good reviews on the happy cow app. And I was staying just round the corner. Service was excellent, I explained I was vegan and the waiter checked with the kitchen that what I wanted could be made vegan. I had the onion bajhi for starters and the vegetable biryani for main, it came with a sause but I didn't want to spoil the taste of the biryani because it was incredible best one I have ever had. Place was quiet but was filling up nicely. Lovely seating area outside but it was too hot.

Superb meal. We've been on holiday for 2 weeks and the kids declared this the best. Lovely people, delicious food, can't fault it. Just make sure, as always in France, you make sure to ask for it extra spicy if you like a bit of heat - the default is to tone it down for the locals. I had the Kashmir lamb and it hit the spot perfectly.

Food was excellent and plenty of it. Staff very attentive and helpful. On holiday in bergerac for two weeks so will be returning next week. Definitely recommend

A surprisingly find, definitely recommended.

We discovered this little restaurant for Mother's Day. We enjoyed the meal, which was a new experience for us. The portions were quite generous and it was good value for money; we'll definitely go back. One small drawback: the Indian beers are actually English beers, so the menu should be updated.

Very good, fast service, and welcoming staff. We were able to eat there with our two dogs.

We consider ourselves as aficionados of Indian food, both home style and restaurant cooked. Between the 4 of us we have a good 160 years of experience. Our lunch today was excellent with the chicken Madras being the best I've eaten for some time. Old style onion bhajis were exceptional. Service fantastic. Recommended.

It was a lucky break. The food was very good, not too spicy. The bill was a bit pricey.

Quite disappointing. Bhajhi did not taste fresh, were lukewarm, salad tired, samosa made with filo pastry. They insisted we sit outside. The carved vegetables were a good touch. The mains were OK.
