28/07/2026: A memorable French culinary experience. Quite pricey, but worth the trip to discover some remarkable dishes. The risotto was rather... meh, and too rich in cheese. The service was very quick, although you should allow more time to read the menu (lots of information and some clutter here and there).

19/08/2026: We arrived as a group of nine on Sunday at 7:45 pm without a reservation after a swim in the lake. They offered us a 9:15 pm slot: no problem. The restaurant, which was packed, respected our reservation time. Our orders arrived incredibly quickly. The bartenders, cooks, and five servers were very efficient and friendly! The portions were generous and delicious. The Latin atmosphere was exactly to my liking!

16/08/2026: Passing through Bergerac, we stopped at 360.... A pleasant surprise! This restaurant is excellent. The waiter was very attentive and friendly, a welcome change. I had a calzone that was simply superb. Real fresh mushrooms, amazing ham. The desserts were delicious and not too sweet. Highly recommended.

01/08/2026: We came to this restaurant for a family meal. We received a very poor welcome! We asked for a children's menu for our 11-year-old son, which was refused, supposedly because it was only for children 10 and older, even though this wasn't indicated anywhere, neither on the sign outside nor on the menu! The chef was aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable, even though we simply wanted a children's menu for our 11-year-old son. We left without eating. The appetizers were good, but we found this reception and the feeling of being attacked unacceptable! We waited over half an hour for this! The prices are very high, but I won't judge the quality since we left hungry at 2 pm!

29/07/2026: What a charming restaurant! All the dishes were delicious. We opted for the tasting menu. The highlights were the wild pollack carpaccio as a starter and the creamy semolina (accompanied by a delectable ice cream) for dessert. 👌

05/08/2026: A truly wonderful place, the menu is superb and the portions are generous! The only slight drawback was the relatively long wait… so don't plan anything too close to the start of service. But the main thing is there: top-notch food and very friendly waiters/waitresses!

04/08/2026: Unacceptable! Accompanied by elderly and sensitive individuals, we asked if the restaurant was air-conditioned. We were told yes and confirmed our reservation for eight people. We arrived two hours before our dinner to confirm our request. Upon arrival, we were seated at another table. We were kept warm and treated with disdain. The waitress was aware that we were with a sensitive person. We discovered at the end of our meal that there was an air-conditioned room. It was only a third full. Unacceptable. My advice: develop a conscience or find another line of work.

28/07/2026: We discovered La Blanche Hermine during a weekend in Bergerac. I highly recommend it!!! Welcoming and delicious at a more than reasonable price. The galettes are to die for. Despite being busy, there was no excessive wait. We went back the next day. :-) Top-notch
