An excellent restaurant where the quality of the ingredients, their flavors, and their combinations are tasteful.
The presentation of the dishes is refined, and the service is impeccable.
All this in a charming village worth discovering.

A wonderful rediscovery with a new cuisine, a new menu, and a fantastic team! Some great discoveries, especially the corn gazpacho and the veal tartare for me.
The other diners tried other equally delicious dishes. My only slight reservation is that the desserts were a bit simple compared to the rest of the menu.
I highly recommend this restaurant in the beautiful village of Cajarc. I would gladly return, provided the menu changes regularly.

Excellent, refined cuisine, set menu with starter and/or main course and/or dessert.
Lunch with reservation: a 1-hour wait between each course, a serious problem with the preparation in the kitchen. We spent 2.5 hours at the table with only one main course and one dessert served. I felt sorry for the tables with children; no menu was offered, and the wait was interminable... It's summer, we took our time, but still.

A wonderful discovery! Found on the Bib Gourmand (Michelin), this is a place to remember. A very nice menu. They also cater to vegetarians. There might be a bit of a wait, but it's well worth it. The staff is incredibly friendly! Special mention for the ceviche!
