JIN Saint-Honoré sur Paris

A truly beautiful experience at Jin Paris — it was my first time exploring the different textures and profiles of the same fish from around the world. The uni from Iceland was delicious, yet distinctly different from what I’ve had in Japan: equally fresh and creamy, but with its own unique sweetness and texture. The same held true for the toro — all incredibly fresh and delicious, but each cut revealed different densities and layers of taste depending on its origin. The chef’s passion for their craft is evident in every piece, and what made the evening even more special was how kind and attentive they were, personally accommodating my request for sushi without rice with grace and care. It’s rare to find a place where such culinary excellence meets genuine hospitality, and Jin Paris delivers on both effortlessly. This was more than a meal — it was a journey through the global nuances of premium seafood.

It had been a while since I'd posted a review, but my experience at Jin made me feel compelled to write one. This lunch will remain one of those unforgettable moments. From the incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere, to the chefs' smiles, the exquisite ingredients, and the exceptional quality of each dish, the team delivered a flawless performance. Every bite was a discovery, a succession of flavors awakening a feeling I'd never experienced before during a meal. Gastronomy is definitely much more than just a way to nourish oneself, and the chefs at Jin are proof of that. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

An incredible and unforgettable experience! The only slight drawback was the limited selection of wines and champagnes by the glass… but everything else was magnificent. A huge thank you to the entire team for the quality of service and respect to the chefs for these fabulous dishes!
