05/09/2026: A must-try restaurant. Everything is perfect. The setting in the glass-enclosed atrium is magnificent. The menu is efficient, not overwhelming with "15,000 dishes," which is exactly what we look for to ensure quality, homemade cuisine. Three appetizers (we chose the beef tataki and fried shrimp, both excellent), one daily special, and a special of the day, either meat or fish, all refined and original, at a very reasonable price, and in very generous portions (we chose the veal confit with tomato sauce, penne rigate, parmesan, and olives—simply divine). Complemented by a selection of more classic dishes, presented and cooked with exquisite finesse. Six dessert choices; we chose the cream puff with salted caramel sauce, also delicious. The service was pleasant and quick, and the waiters were incredibly attentive. We will gladly return as soon as possible. Thank you for everything. See you soon. Cécile
