Juke Box sur Neufchateau

Everything was going well until dessert, when I ordered an Oreo tiramisu. What arrived was more like a cake with several layers of sponge... it was dry, and I decided not to eat it. I mentioned it to the waitress who was taking our payment, but no compensation was offered! A shame, and on principle, we won't be back.

I'm truly sorry to say that no matter what dish I choose, the Jukebox has declined in quality. I've tried it three times—dining in, taking out, and ordering pizzas for delivery—and the conclusion is always the same. The cooking is inconsistent; sometimes it's overcooked, sometimes undercooked. I also had a Vosges salad that was swimming in so much dressing that it was really unpleasant to eat. On the other hand, the salmon was good. As for the service, it's adequate, but I find the place has become rather dreary. The atmosphere could be much more appealing if they actually had dance parties after dinner. It's a shame because the establishment has lost its former vibrancy.

While passing through Neufchâteau, we had dinner for two. Marine was very professional, friendly, and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality. We will gladly return.

We came as a group of four, including one person who is gluten-free, and they took the time to discuss with us what options were available for her. The meal was generous and well-presented, at a reasonable price.

Great restaurant, I eat there every Friday at lunchtime. The daily special is €15 including a starter and dessert. 👌

Friendly staff, fast service. The kids' menu was great value for money. I asked for my burger without onions, but no luck, there were still a few left. You must have thought of it at the last minute and forgotten some when you were removing them (I'd rather not dwell on it). So I can't judge the taste since it still had the taste of onion. The rare burger was overcooked. I ordered a beer for 33 minutes and received one for 25 minutes (no big deal), I told the waitress. It was charged as 33 minutes on the final bill (lack of communication?!). This highlights the importance of going over the meal with the customer before blindly charging them, as mistakes sometimes happen. Anyway, the girls were happy, that's the main thing, that was the goal.
