Le Romain sur Neufchateau

Excellent service. Attentive waiter. Everything was delicious. It's a shame the restaurant isn't better showcased from the outside (the light was off) because it deserves to be seen. And you can't tell from the road that there's a restaurant there.

Surprise on the main road! A simple 3-course lunch menu, but clearly homemade and at an unbeatable price for this quality (Euro 16.50 in October 2026).

Absolutely fantastic! I ate very well and it was very affordable. I highly recommend it.

Friendly "hostess" with her son (who speaks good English). Large rooms with a large bathroom. Seating areas outside the rooms. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my visit. French breakfast.

An exceptionally high-quality restaurant, both in terms of service and food! We stumbled upon it completely by chance on our way back from vacation, and frankly, we weren't disappointed! We had a wonderful, very friendly time, with an excellent meal and a truly kind and attentive waiter throughout the evening. The prices are definitely reasonable, and the food is excellent. The restaurant also has a large parking lot, which is very convenient for easy parking. We left delighted and feeling refreshed and ready to continue our journey. Thank you for this lovely evening, which was the perfect end to our week-long vacation! I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will gladly return next time we're in the area 😊 PS: Thanks also for the information about the speed cameras to help us navigate our route… 😉😂

The welcome and service were perfect and friendly. The food was excellent value for money. Thank you.

A very tasty meal, an extremely warm welcome and service... thank you chef for the food, thank you dear waiter for the atmosphere and your kindness...

Warm welcome, excellent food, impeccable service, therefore very good

A truly wonderful discovery! We have rarely, if ever, experienced such a warm, friendly, and attentive welcome. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed like regulars. The kindness and warmth of the staff alone make this place truly worth discovering! And in addition to this exceptional welcome, the food is excellent: flavorful, well-prepared, and generous portions. Everything was perfect for a very enjoyable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return. Thank you for the wonderful welcome and delicious meal! 🥰🍽️

Excellent welcome, great availability. The daily menu was well-balanced, very good, and fresh. The menu price was more than reasonable. We had already been and we will be back! We highly recommend it.
