Suite à refus de nous servir dans un restaurant voisin, nous voici arrivés dans cet établissement.
Une carte plutôt diversifiée pour les plats et très variées pour les boissons…un peu moins pour les desserts.
Cependant, une écoute attentive et personnalisée par le personnel afin de répondre aux différentes demandes particulières (type vinaigrette sans sucre pour une personne diabétique).
L’ensemble du repas a été correct et les mets proposés sont plutôt locaux.
Nous vous conseillons l’île flottante qui est énorme et a un coût réduit, à savoir 5€…
Une brasserie bien sympathique au cœur de Colmar, et un service au top.
Nous recommandons cet établissement pour une halte déjeuner.

Trotz sehr viel Betrieb, die Mitarbeiter/innen, insbesondere unser Kellner Vincent, hatten einen Top Überblick. Bestellung, Service und Bezahlung sehr professionell und freudlich. Weine aus dem Elsass, natürlich, ausgezeichnet ebenso die bestellten Gerichte. Kommen gerne wieder

We were afraid of being in a tourist trap but the Flammekuche were good and the service friendly! Pleasant all in all, acceptable prices too.

Staff not very friendly... We understand that there are people but that does not justify being unpleasant and cold....
Traditional flame meal and salad. It was OK but nothing more...long service...And friction between the staff.... Too bad...
