"Le Comptoir de Cayac" lives up to its reputation, a truly lovely promise. With a refined sense of hospitality, devoid of any hint of familiarity, this team demonstrates a touching professionalism. The work in the kitchen is masterfully orchestrated. The 64° egg, incidentally, is presented without the famous title of "perfect" (further proof of rare humility), but it certainly is, like all the other suggestions on the menu. The pace in the dining room is just as pleasantly controlled. A conscientious young man discreetly steers the ship, elegantly highlighting the magic happening in the kitchen... Thank you, sir; teamwork is the key ingredient. It's worth noting that the "pet-friendly" trend is unparalleled here. Your four-legged friend will receive the royal treatment.
