Passing through Toulouse, we were looking for a sushi place and stumbled upon this one. Nice, warm atmosphere. The service was great and friendly.
We had a delicious meal! I recommend it.
I must emphasize the exceptional friendliness of the staff, who were always smiling and so very pleasant. I stuck to traditional dishes: a very good miso soup, a flavorful coleslaw, and delicious sushi. The tuna and salmon were of excellent quality.
The dessert I chose (banana fritter with vanilla ice cream) was also excellent; I enjoyed the contrast between the hot and cold of the fritter under the ice cream.
We've been coming here for about 10 years, but after traveling to Japan, we find the food bland and the cheese skewers far too greasy.
There aren't enough staff at lunchtime when the dining room and terrace are full.
For lunch; excellent Japanese food with fast and friendly service; delicious cuisine and a spacious dining room that allows for a certain tranquility. A lovely experience to repeat.
