A VERY professional team that listens to its customers. We have a family member with food allergies. They all checked before our takeaway. Once we got home, my phone rang with a hidden number, I didn't pick up. A new call with a visible number is repeated immediately, I pick up. This was the restaurant which had exceeded our expectations and in the meantime checked with one of their suppliers and wanted to alert us to a possible doubt about one of the ingredients "which could" present " traces of..." We found this extremely caring and professional. A quality that is rare these days and we wanted to share. Their products are fresh and of very good quality. We had a very good evening, and allergy-free, thanks to them. A BIG THANK YOU to the entire KAITOYO team. We were already regular customers, but this further reinforces our desire to remain so. The tofu is a little expensive and the rice overcooked but otherwise it's perfect! Impeccable service!
