18/05/2026: Don't expect meters and meters of buffet; on the contrary, it's very compact but with a sufficient selection. It really focuses on maki, California rolls, rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese specialties. They were excellent; I found the rice cooked to perfection. There are also a few skewers, gyoza, stir-fried noodles, and Cantonese rice. Upon arrival, we were brought a bowl of edamame and a very welcome hot towel. €22 for the all-you-can-eat menu (without sashimi). PS: Don't judge a book by its appearance; the food inside is a pleasant surprise!

09/06/2026: 1 hour 15 minutes for just one dish. Two nights in a row, one night the restaurant was almost empty, tonight it was barely half full, and the service was far too slow.

On our way to Brittany from the Black Forest, we make a conscious effort to stop there twice a year – and each time it feels like coming home. What always impresses us is the incredible quality of the food. Every dish is perfectly prepared, with meticulous attention to detail and a flair for flavor that is truly rare. You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with passion. The service and atmosphere are just as special. Warm, attentive, and yet pleasantly relaxed – exactly the kind of hospitality you hope for. The owner now recognizes us every time, and this small, personal gesture means so much to us. It's this feeling of loyalty and appreciation that makes Porto Rio so unique for us.
