14/03/2026: Beautiful decor, attentive service. But it's a real shame they no longer offer pizzas with Italian cured ham and buffalo mozzarella (added after baking). The Parisian ham, found on many pizzas, is anything but Italian. Furthermore, I no longer risk their wines; the last time I tried them, they weren't worth the price. I even saw a glass being returned to the bar...

07/03/2026: A terrible experience at Bella Vita restaurant. I had booked a table for my best friend's birthday, hoping for a lovely evening, but it was a huge disappointment. We waited an incredibly long time before anyone even came to take our order. The service was slow and disorganized, and we really felt ignored. When the main courses and mocktails finally arrived, it was even worse. The food was frankly awful, tasteless, and the mocktails were simply undrinkable. Nothing lived up to what one expects from a restaurant. The worst part is the price: it's far too expensive for such mediocre quality. It's such a shame to have ruined a birthday evening because of such poor service and disappointing food. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

12/03/2026: Very slow service, freshness lacking, taste not convincing

01/03/2026: Very bad experience. We came to eat at this restaurant last night and were very disappointed. The restaurant is no longer all-you-can-eat, which it used to be, and we weren't informed of this before being seated. Furthermore, there was no heating; it was cold, and I had to give my coat to my 4-year-old daughter. To top it all off, we wanted to order a fried egg, which cost €5, something we find excessive for a simple egg. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning.

26/03/2026: The food was very good and the staff very pleasant, however, the wait was very long... we arrived at noon and had to leave at 1:20 pm without having had dessert because there weren't enough staff in the kitchen. The two people serving had to manage everything: washing up, serving, taking orders, but they were always smiling and energetic; a big thank you to them for their courage... it's a real shame...

14/03/2026: Very disappointed. I've never eaten such bad crepes. The galettes arrived cold as soon as we ordered them! There were three of us, and we were all equally disappointed.

27/01/2025: I go there to get croissants in the morning before going to work because the other bakeries are not open otherwise I won't go there, zombies the staff are there to sell not human education and respect does not exist there

08/09/2024: Chocolate ice cream (normally on top and below) with almost non-existent chocolate above and below! Despite my remark, the service person did not want to correct the error! I would have expected a correction and an apology but obviously it is up to us to apologize for pointing out that the product is not compliant!

07/09/2024: Good morning, I came today around 1 p.m. in the middle of a rush. Despite the wait to access the terminals, as soon as the order was paid, in less than 10 minutes our trays were ready (for 3 people). Nothing was forgotten and the fries were piping hot (rare during fast food rush periods). Thank you very much and good luck to the staff 😊
