A Japanese restaurant I've known since they opened maybe 15 years ago. The food is always high quality. The menu changes regularly, and the ramen is really very good. The service is pleasant both for dining in and takeout. Sometimes, because of the high volume of takeout orders, the temperature isn't always constant, but that's a problem with all restaurants that do takeout. And they have Asian beer on tap! New menu = new reason to order! With all this snow, I absolutely needed something comforting... and I'm so glad I ordered! The new GYUKOTSU RAMEN warmed me from the inside out – exactly what I needed in this freezing weather. As for new discoveries, the Yasai Kariage (those little vegetable pancakes) were a real revelation! And of course, my favorite steamed dishes were still there. The verdict? I'm pleasantly surprised. The quality is still impeccable, the service flawless as always, and this new menu... let's just say it makes me want to go back much sooner than expected!
