An average meal if you like farm-made Munster cheese made with raw milk, so don't order the warm Munster, it's tasteless.

Excellent restaurant, with a very warm welcome for both children and adults. We came with our two children to discover regional cuisine and we loved the tarte flambée. The atmosphere is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

We had tarte flambée and reblochon fondue. Very good! Friendly atmosphere. The servers are lovely! It's a small restaurant, so it's best to make a reservation. Only downside: rather expensive. €100 for 2 adults and 1 child, including drinks (no wine), a main course, and 2 desserts.

Excellent restaurant in Éguisheim! Kas'Fratz is a real treat: superb Alsatian specialties, flavorful and generous. Everything is delicious, in a warm and authentic atmosphere. A true gem, we'll definitely be back!

Auberge Alsacienne

28/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Auberge d'Eguisheim; the food was delicious and well-prepared. The welcome was also warm and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place.
23/03/2026: A very nice experience. Very conveniently located and with parking facilities. The building is well maintained, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I will go there again!

10/12/2025: A pleasant, family-run Alsatian-style hotel. The owners are truly friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.
