I highly recommend this place. Excellent welcome, very friendly staff, and the food is simply wonderful.

We had tarte flambée and reblochon fondue. Very good! Friendly atmosphere. The servers are lovely! It's a small restaurant, so it's best to make a reservation. Only downside: rather expensive. €100 for 2 adults and 1 child, including drinks (no wine), a main course, and 2 desserts.

Excellent welcome and value for money! Consider asking for a table in the cellar, which is charming.

Excellent restaurant in Éguisheim! Kas'Fratz is a real treat: superb Alsatian specialties, flavorful and generous. Everything is delicious, in a warm and authentic atmosphere. A true gem, we'll definitely be back!

Perfect welcome, service, and meal!

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance... I was delighted and charmed... The staff's warmth and welcome were outstanding. Humor, kindness, and a touch of self-deprecation were all present. I enjoyed some delicious dishes and highly recommend this place. Recently taken over by the son of the former owner, it's brimming with joy, good humor, and high quality. I savored a flammekueche and a homemade cordon bleu with Munster cheese... along with the small side salads. I also sampled the classic and raspberry schnapps (a local Gewurztraminer brandy). Excellent. I can only recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming meal. Ideally, homemade with local products. The whole team is fantastic (responsive and welcoming). A wonderful discovery during our Christmas market visit to Eguisheim! A restaurant specializing in cheese where the owner is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

One waiter behind the bar was quite unpleasant; otherwise, it was so-so and very expensive.
